Atheist Sober Coaching

12-step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous are one of the most common and successful paths to sobriety. But they encourage members to rely on "God" or a "Higher Power" to get sober.

Many people are uncomfortable with a religious approach. If you found your way here, it's possible that you are one of those people.

I have years of experience helping people who want to get sober without using religion. I can help you, too!

What brought you here?

You Are an Atheist

For staunch atheists, the 12-step approach can seem unpalatable — maybe even unworkable. It isn't — the principles developed in such programs are incredibly powerful tools — and they don't require religious beliefs!

I can help you apply time-tested tools for getting sober — without compromising your principles.

You Are an Agnostic

If you have doubts about the existence of a higher power, it can be uncomfortable to be part of a program that so frequently refers to "God."

Sobriety is available to you too. Using my years of experience, I will help you craft a path to sobriety, rooted in best practices, without having to profess religious beliefs.

You Don't Like 12-Step Programs

Maybe you've tried going to AA meetings, or another 12-step program, and found that, for whatever reason, they didn't feel right for you. Maybe you are don't feel  comfortable in public setting. Maybe the options in your area were inconvenient. Maybe you just didn't like it!

Does that mean sobriety is out of reach for you? No!
